        This is a more advanced series of weightlifting where you’ll determine your weight class and learn “snatch” and “clean and jerk” lifts.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 10am
 - Minimum of five prior Weight Training sessions and recommendation required
 - Proper weightlifting shoes required
 - Intensity Level: High
